You do not need an account to enroll in a course. However once you enroll in a course you will need an account to access your course.

All courses can be accessed through MY COURSES where you will find the curriculum including any supplemental resources required for the course.
You are responsible for obtaining the required materials for each course. You can search for books online or at retail bookstores and resellers. For videos you can search streaming services for purchase or rental. Don’t forget your local library.
Yes, however each course must be completed within 60 days of enrollment.
If you cannot complete the course prior to expiration in some circumstances you may be eligible for an extension by contacting SUPPORT.
Yes, you can enroll in and access your course on any device that has a web browser.
All courses require studying course material then choosing from a list of questions to answer to satisfy the course requirements.
Each participant’s submission will be reviewed for completion of all course requirements including mandatory word count.
Your submission will be reviewed and once approved you will receive a notification and email with instructions for completing the course and receiving your certificate.
You can proceed with the course at your own pace. Once you enroll in a course it must be completed in 60 days.

Once you enroll in a course there will be no refunds. Under certain circumstances you may be given a credit which can be used for a future course.
After choosing which questions to answer and preparing your answer using your preferred word processor you will upload your response file into the Submit Assignment step of the curriculum.
You can use your preferred word processor and save your files in any standard word processor file format.
Your assignment will be reviewed and if approved you will receive a notification and email wth further instructions to complete your course and receive your certificate.
If your work does not satisfy the requirements you will be given the option to resubmit your assignment for approval.
All courses listed have been pre-approved by RID through an RID Sponsor.
Each four year cycle requires 1.0 CEUs in PPO (Power, Privilege and Oppression). After that all additional PPO designated CEUs will be credited to the PS (Professional Study) category on your transcript.
Most states/BEI will accept your certificate of completion as evidence for CEUs. Please check with your organization before purchasing any course.
CEUs will be uploaded to your transcript no more than 45 days after completion of the course.
Your certificate can be accessed any time by returning to the course and clicking DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE.
When you enroll in a course you will be asked for an email address at checkout. If you do not have an account for that email address you’ll be directed to an account setup page after you enroll so you can gain access to your course.

A congratulations screen pops up when you complete a course and then returns you back to the curriculum so you can download your certificate.
Simply login and click My Account. There you can change all your profile information.
